Why You Need to Read this Guide

The goal of the World Fax Advanced Features Guide is to teach you how to use the powerful capabilities of your system.  Is that something you need to know?

Our customers tell us time and time again that a personalized fax generates a better response than a generic fax.  Learning how to properly use the Cover Page Editor (CPE) to design documents will give you this advantage.

Do you have special access codes you need to dial in order to get the best phone rates?  Have you been affected by a recent area code split?  Does your faxlist have a mix of local, long distance and international numbers?  If the answer to any of these is yes, then a small investment of time in learning how to configure the Dialing Rules for your specific situation using the location.ini file will have a big pay-off.
